Websites and online accounting systems for business
From a one-page site to an online store. From warehouse and finance to CRM. One team that understands both the public site and internal operations.
Two directions
A storefront outside, order inside
You can order only a website or only a system. Or connect them: leads, orders, stock and invoices should not live in different chats.
Direction
Website development
Landing pages, corporate sites, catalogs and online stores. Clear structure, working forms, solid speed — without template agency noise.

Online software for business
Financial and warehouse accounting, other process-specific modules, CRM. Your team works in the browser. No “install a box on one office PC”.

What we actually build
Short: who it is for and what you get. Details are on the direction pages.
Websites
Landing page
One page for an offer, a campaign or a service launch.
When you need leads quickly and do not want the message spread across ten sections.
Websites
Corporate website
Company, services, team, documents, contacts — no client portal, but clear positioning.
For teams whose clients and partners should understand who they are dealing with.
Websites
Product catalog site
Assortment, filters, product cards, clear navigation through the range.
When sales go through a manager, but browsing is easier on the website.
Websites
Online store
Catalog, cart, payment, order statuses, link to warehouse.
Retail and wholesale that need orders without reconciling stock in chat.
Systems & CRM
Financial accounting
Money, invoices, acts, cash, settlements — in the browser, not in ten spreadsheets.
Companies that outgrew Excel but do not want a heavy boxed product.
Systems & CRM
Warehouse accounting
Stock, inbound, outbound, reserve, inventory, bins and batches.
Trade and production where “probably in stock” is not the same as “can ship”.
Systems & CRM
Custom accounting
Services, production, subscribers, sites, shifts — around your process, not the other way around.
When a generic product forces you to work “like everyone else”, and you do not.
Systems & CRM
CRM for business
Leads, deals, tasks, pipeline, conversation history with the client.
Sales and service teams that cannot afford lost requests and forgotten agreements.
In practice
How it looks in real work
Not abstract “digital transformation”, but a concrete shift: less manual checking, fewer lost leads.
Retail
The store takes orders from the site, the warehouse shows what is actually available, the manager does not reconcile stock in messengers.
Services
Leads from a landing page go into CRM, statuses are visible, invoices are issued from the same system — not from a separate folder.
Production
The site shows products and terms; inside — materials, orders and shipments without double entry.
Wholesale
A catalog for clients; price and availability come from accounting. The manager works the order, not file forwarding.
Cases
Typical projects we build
Anonymous scenarios — without invented brands and “+400% sales”. This is what a real brief looks like.
Retail · Typical project
Store and warehouse in one logic
The storefront accepts an order only if the item is in stock. The manager does not reconcile chats and spreadsheets.
Services · Typical project
Leads that do not get lost
Landing, CRM and invoices for a service company: from first message to closed act.
Production · Typical project
A site that makes clear what you do
Corporate storefront for production: products, terms, documents, live contacts.
Services · Typical project
Money without ten spreadsheets
Online money accounting for a service studio: invoices, payments, acts, client debts.
Education · Typical project
Course landing linked to CRM
Ads lead to a cohort page; requests go straight into the pipeline — not a shared inbox.
Wholesale · Typical project
Wholesale catalog with live stock
Clients pick items on the site; the manager sees availability and builds shipment from accounting.
Process
From request to launch
Clear stages, estimate before start, intermediate builds. More on the process page.
Request
Describe the task briefly. Prefer a call or messenger — that works too. We reply during working hours.
Briefing
We map the process, constraints, timeline and what already exists: site, spreadsheets, legacy software, chat threads.
Prototype and estimate
We lock scope, stages and cost. No hidden modules that “you will definitely need later”.
Development
We show intermediate builds. Changes follow agreed stages — not endless “just in case” calls.
Launch
Move to your hosting or ours, check forms, analytics, access, and a short guide for the team.
Support
Bug fixes, small improvements, advice. The system should not freeze on delivery day.
Why us
Four things we stand on
Estimate before start
You see what you pay for: pages, modules, integrations. Expansion is a separate stage — not a surprise at the end.
Timelines by stage
We do not promise “a site in three days”. We give a realistic calendar and tell you if something shifts.
Site and accounting together
Order only a storefront or only CRM. Or connect them: lead, order, stock, invoice — without double work.
Live support
After launch we stay reachable. Bugs get fixed; new work is estimated separately — without theater.
Request
We will review the task and reply during working hours
Name, phone or email. No long brief needed — we will clarify on a call or by email.
FAQ
Timeline, money and format — briefly
How much does a website or system cost?
Landing pages usually from $200, corporate sites from $500, catalogs from $900, online stores from $1250. Financial accounting from $500, warehouse from $700, CRM from $1,200. Exact figure — after briefing.
How long does a project take?
Landing: 1–2 weeks. Corporate site: 1–2 weeks. Catalog: 2–3 weeks. Store: 2–4 weeks. Financial accounting: 2–3 weeks, warehouse: 2–4 weeks, CRM: 3–10 weeks. Timeline depends on content readiness and how fast approvals move on your side.
Who writes the texts and gathers content?
We can prepare basic structure and wording. Photos, price lists, legal details and industry nuances come from you. If content is missing, we include that work in the estimate separately.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes, if the code and hosting allow it. First we check what is faster: careful improvement or a rebuild. We say so honestly if repairing the old foundation costs more than replacing it.
How is CRM different from accounting?
CRM manages client work: leads, deals, tasks, conversation history. Accounting covers resources: money, warehouse, documents, stock. Often you need both — then we connect them instead of shipping two unrelated tools.
Is this cloud software or a desktop install?
Online systems: people sign in from a browser. Nothing is installed “on one office PC”. Access, roles and backups are set up at launch.
What happens after launch?
We hand over access, a short guide and support contacts. Defects on our side get fixed. New features are estimated and queued when you order them.
Do I need a client login on this website?
No. This is a company storefront: services, cases, contacts and requests. Client portals, warehouses and CRM are separate systems we build for your customers and staff.
