Privacy policy
Privacy policy
Applies to the Youzhanin website. Describes which personal data we receive through forms and how we use it.
1. Operator and contact
Operator: Youzhanin. For questions about personal data, write to the email listed in the contacts section of this site.
2. What data we collect
Through contact forms: name, phone, email, message text, preferred call time, project type. Technical data: IP address, submission date, page the request came from. We do not ask for passports, tax IDs, passwords or payment card details on this site.
3. Why we process data
To reply to your request, estimate a project, contact you in a convenient way and keep a record of inquiries. Legal basis — your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request.
4. Storage and sharing
Requests are stored on the server and may be copied to the operator’s email. We do not sell databases. Sharing is limited to contractors required to process the request (hosting, email service) and to cases required by law.
5. Retention period
We keep requests on the server for a limited period (usually up to 90 days), then delete them automatically. On request we delete sooner when there is no legal duty to retain longer. Technical logs and mailbox copies follow the same necessity rule.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site may use technical cookies for form session work. If analytics tools are connected, they collect anonymized visit statistics. You can limit this via browser settings and the analytics provider’s controls.
7. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by writing to the contact email. You may also contact a competent supervisory authority if you believe your rights were violated.
8. Changes
The current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new edition for further use.
