Retail · Typical project

Store and warehouse in one logic

The storefront accepts an order only if the item is in stock. The manager does not reconcile chats and spreadsheets.

Task

A retail point sold online and by phone. Stock lived in Excel, orders in email and messengers. Clients were promised items that were already gone.

Constraints

Sales could not stop during rollout. The interface had to be clear for warehouse and sales staff — no “programmer training”.

Solution

We built an online store with product cards, filters and checkout. In parallel — a warehouse contour: inbound, reserve, shipment, inventory. The site reads availability from accounting, not from a static “in stock” field.

Catalog and cart Warehouse documents Reserve on order Roles: manager / warehouse

Result

Orders stopped diverging from the shelf. Warehouse sees what to pick. Managers do not promise what is missing. Inventory takes hours, not weekends.
